Counterbalance is our answer to wanting it both ways — full flavor, less caffeine. This half-caff blend is built to deliver clarity, sweetness, and structure without the jitters, making it an easy reach any time of day.

We start with a washed Ethiopia Sidama Bombe, bringing lift and elegance to the cup. Grown at high elevation in the Sidama highlands, it contributes floral aromatics and a tea-like brightness with notes of jasmine, dried apricot, and honeycomb. We blend in a Swiss Water® Process decaf from Peru’s Norcafe Cooperative. This coffee adds warmth and depth, with flavors of chocolate, biscotti, and honey, while preserving the integrity of the coffee itself — no chemicals, just clean, intentional decaffeination.

The result is a balanced cup that feels complete and satisfying: aromatic on the nose, softly sweet up front, and smooth cacao sweetness through the finish. Counterbalance is designed for slower mornings, afternoon cups, or anyone looking to dial back caffeine without sacrificing quality.
