Grown in the highlands of Ethiopia’s Sidama region, this organically cultivated coffee from West Arsi, Uchuro highlights the vibrant fruit character that has made Ethiopian naturals world-famous. Smallholder farmers selectively handpick ripe cherries, which are then sun-dried on raised beds, allowing the fruit’s natural sugars to develop deep sweetness and complexity.
The result is a bright, fruit-forward cup with clear notes of strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries, supported by a silky body and clean finish. This coffee captures the expressive and lively nature of Ethiopian terroir — sweet, aromatic, and endlessly enjoyable.
